Services Provided
Private chef services for your holiday or special occasion. Your individual requirements will be discussed before a quote is provided, so that both client and chef are on the same page.

Fees
During the booking process your specific service requirements will be discussed and a daily rate will be agreed upon, this will vary depending on the requirements of each individual job.
Winter services start from £300,
Summer services from £250.
*The chef service does not include the cost of ingredients.

Booking Confirmation
Once your needs have been discusses and details finalised, a 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. An invoice and payment details will be provided, alongside more detailed booking conditions. The remaining balance must be paid at the completion of the job, before my departure.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies
If you have specific allergies or dietary requirements please inform me as soon as possible during the booking process, so that menus can be customised to suit. I will also confirm if allergies can be catered to.

Other Requirements
Accomodation, travel expenses and food while working are included in the salary package. For placements within 45 minutes of drive from Aix en Provence or Val d'Isère, accomodation is not required.
I have a 4x4 car that is equipped for snow, which can be used for provisioning and travel.

Cancellation Policy
If you a cancellation is made at least 21 days before the date booked, you will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee. Bookings cancelled less that 21 days before the start date will forfeit the paid deposit, and any pre-arranged travel costs must also be covered. In the unlikely event that I must cancel a reservation, all paid deposits will be returned.
